Brooke Burke: Workout and Diet

In a recent interview, Brooke Burke has revealed the workout and diet tricks that keep her in shape.
What is your slim-down secret? After I gave birth, I was introduced to belly wraps [fabric wrapped tight around the tummy] by my mother-in-law. I designed my own wrap that reduces water retention and strengthens stomach muscles while helping to lose inches fast. I wore it day and night for 40 days and even slept in it!
What do you do to work out? I love jumping on the trampoline with my daughters; it’s an amazing workout. I use the new Lilyette sports bra because it gives maximum support for bustier women and is incredibly comfortable. I also like walking or doing Pilates.
Do you follow a special diet? I eat five times a day to speed up my metabolism. For breakfast, I eat oatmeal and fruit. I’ll have a snack before lunch, which is a big salad with some protein. I like to have fish and vegetables for dinner, maybe with a glass of wine. The main point is not to starve your body.
With four children, how do you and David spend time together? With a newborn, we don’t get a lot of sleep, so an exciting night together is just staying in and sleeping! We motivate each other to go for walks and hikes. We make it fun. [via]
