Brooke Burke: Diet, Workout, and Weight Loss
Less than five months after having her third baby, Brooke Burke’s weight loss of about 25 pounds brings her almost back to her pre-pregnancy weight of about 115 pounds.
Brooke says she still has some weight to lose, but she is pretty close to her goal.

Brooke Burke’s diet Good news, she has not been seduced by fad diets. Brooke has adopted a balanced low-carb diet, which includes fish, vegetables, and meat. And like any good low-carb junkie, she avoids white flour, bread, and sugar.
“Sometimes if I’m rushing the kids to school, I’ll make a protein shake with nonfat milk, low-carb protein powder, half a banana and a spoonful of almond butter,” she says. [source: In Touch]
