Britney Spears Lost 20 Pounds

Britney Spears has lost 20 pounds. Actually, a source claims that Britney has lost anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds. How has she lost all that weight? Simple, no questionable diet pills this time, it is all about a food-delivery service called Sunfare.
She seems to get a pretty good diet from them, about 1,200 calories a day, plenty of protein, moderate carbs and healthy fats. Of course, her new diet is a game changer, but it is not enough.
Britney works out with a personal trainer three times a week, think some cardio and weight training.

Lunch BBQ chicken salad.
Afternoon snack Turkey-wrapped asparagus.
