Britney Spears Diet Pills: Britney Spears Diet Plan

Britney Spears: diet pills It has been reported that Britney allegedly uses Adderall and Provigil – which are not your typical over-the-counter diet pills – as weight-loss aids.
A decrease in appetite is a side effect from taking Adderall. Of course, taking Adderall is risky and potentially dangerous because it increases heart rate. Provigil is not any better either, it is also a stimulant.
Britney also smokes. Smoking is not the same as taking diet pills, but tobacco use can diminish appetite. Unfortunately, those who use smoking for weight loss increase their chances of lung cancer, emphysema and heart disease.
Taking diet pills that are known to increase heart rate and smoking at the same time is a bad idea. Even if this combination can help her lose weight, putting your lungs and heart at risk is just not worth it.
Britney Spears: diet plan Let’s face it, Britney’s diet plan is a disaster. She enjoys sweets and seems to be addicted to fast food. Let’s review what we see on the pictures.
In October, Britney drove all the way from Malibu to the San Fernando Valley just to buy a cookie. There are 220 calories in a semisweet chocolate-chip cookie with walnuts.
Britney tends to eat her meals on the run. The regular order of fries she ate on a visit to Del Taco in LA packs 350 calories – 210 of which are from fat – and 270 mg of sodium.
Britney enjoyed some ice cream in a Los Angeles suburb in October. There are 670 calories in a 10-ounce cup of French vanilla ice cream.
I am not saying there is something wrong with eating ice cream, cookies and even fast food. I love this stuff. I do not eat it every day, though. But for Britney, who supposedly is trying to lose weight and get in shape, fast food and cookies seem to be the backbone of her “diet plan. [via In Touch]
