Bianca Kajlich is married to L.A. Galaxy soccer star Landon Donovan – who obviously knows a thing or two about proper nutrition and exercise – but when it comes to staying in shape, Bianca follows her own rules.

Bianca Kajlich’s diet “When I’m on set and I see something yummy like cake or cookies, I remember my food motto: You can always eat it later. So I take the treat home and put it in my fridge.

Then I ponder if I really want it. Sometimes it ends up in the trash, sometimes in my mouth. But at least I’ve stopped myself from eating without thinking.”

Bianca Kajlich’s workout “For an intense workout, I like to do a combination dune- and stair-climb on the beach near my home. I aim for five sets up and down of each, which takes an hour. In addition, Landon and I arrange a date at least once a week where we run relay races or play a game like paddleball.”

“My brother is my biggest exercise inspiration. Four years ago he lost both his legs in a subway accident. He was told he’d never walk again, but with the help of prosthetic limbs, he walks three hours a day. If he can make the effort, I can too. He’s made me realize that you get only one body, so you have to treat it right.” [via]
