From what we know about Beyonce Knowles‘ weight loss, it seems it was relatively easy for her to lose weight. But new revelations about Beyonce Knowles’ weight loss challenge that conclusion.
From her recent interview (see below), we now know that has indeed gained 15 pounds. And we know something else – Beyonce Knowles’ weight loss was not a walk in the park. Did you really gain 15 pounds to play Etta James in Cadillac Records? Yes. I had fun putting on the weight. I ate a lot of butter pecan ice cream!
How did you lose the weight? I’m no different from any other woman, so it’s hard. It was a sacrifice. I was working out and eating a lot of green things. I had to cut out delicious bread and pasta and wine. Basically, I couldn’t eat anything that tasted too good!
Do you spend a lot of time in the gym? I’m not consistent. When I have something special coming up, then I really focus and get back in the gym. Right now, because I’ve been dancing a lot – eight hours a day learning choreography – it’s a little easier.
