Snack: Protein smoothie with pineapple, strawberries, mangoes and OJ.
Lunch: Turkey, mozzarella, lettuce, tomato and mustard on a French roll.
Snack: Turkey slices and strawberries.
Dinner: Halibut and asparagus.
