Best Arm Workout

Best arm workout? Does it even exist? Yes and no. No, because there is no reason to define just one workout as the best arm workout. Yes, because one could argue that the best arm workout could be described as a set of certain exercises that are designed to make your arms look toned and defined, keeping in mind that not all people can achieve the same results, of course.
The best arm workout Speaking of certain exercises that are designed to make your arms look great, here they are:
Push-ups I know, it is not the sexiest exercise around – far from it – in fact, I hate push-ups because they are incredibly boring. That said, push-ups are versatile, easy to do, and they also work your chest muscles. To target triceps, you have to keep your elbows in. It is also important to pull in your stomach.
Dips This is my favorite exercise, I especially love weighted dips. Most people cannot do weighted dips, but that’s okay, start with regular dips, once you can do 10 to 15 repetitions, add some weight.
You do not need to go to the gym to do dips. While sitting on the edge of any raised platform, simply lower and raise your bod. Start with three sets of seven dips and progress from there.
Pull-ups I am not going to sugarcoat this for you, in my mind, if you cannot pull your bodyweight at least a couple of times, you can forget about having great arms. Pull-ups are tough, but I never said that following the best arm workout would be easy. They are totally worth the effort. Start easy, aim for three sets of eight reps and progress from there.
