Continued from Audrina Patridge’s Workout and Diet.

Audrina Patridge‘s eating plan is not bad at all. In fact, I like Audrina Patridge’s eating plan, but there is a room for improvement. What is the main problem with Audrina Patridge’s eating plan? She eats in a car, not always, of course, but she does eat in a car rather often. Now, if she eats in car, what kind of foods do you think she consumes frequently? Does she go for the healthy fast food choices or does she eat junk food?

Surprisingly, she does not really eat junk food, but let’s take a closer look at Audrina’s eating habits.

Breakfast Tea and oatmeal with berries.

Lunch Turkey wraps, vegetable soup, fruit tea, and ranch dressing for dipping the wraps.

Snack String cheese, almonds and kiwi.

Dinner Steak with vegetables and a salad.

Total calories: 1, 200 daily calories.

Like I said, not bad at all. Her diet contains a pretty good amount of protein and complex carbohydrates. It could use a bit more fiber and probably more calories, but hey, she looks great, doesn’t she? And nobody’s diet is perfect anyway. [source: OK!]
