Ashley Tisdale Diet

Ashley Tisdale’s diet has made her too skinny. Correction, Ashley Tisdale’s diet (the old one) has made her so skinny that she has decided to change her eating habits in her quest to a buffer body.
She claims that she does not like to be skinny, and wants to be curvy. Okay, great, I guess the grapefruit-acai-green-tea-detox is not for her. But if you think that Ashley Tisdale’s diet has changed for the better, you are mistaken.
She admits to being practically addicted to French fries and bread. If that is not bad enough, when she is not at home, she eats McDonald’s. When she is at home, Ashley Tisdale’s diet gets a little better. She likes to cook. Her typical breakfast is an omelet, which is hopefully made with egg whites and veggies.
Personally, I think that Ashley Tisdale’s diet is very confusing. What is so confusing about Ashley Tisdale’s diet? First of all, I have never heard of anybody who got too skinny by eating bread, French fries and McDonald’s.
Second, she claims that her new eating plan is essentially a low-carb diet of sorts, except that she has not eliminated McDonalad’s, bread and French fries from her menu. Like I said, the whole thing is confusing and inconsistent to boot.
The bottom line on Ashley Tisdale’s diet There is nothing wrong with eating bread, French fries or fast food, in moderation, of course, but her new and improved diet does not appear to be any better than what she has been eating before. If she wants to gain a little muscle, as she claims, she has to find a structured diet program that she can consistently follow for some time. [via]
