Ashlee Simpson: DietAshlee Simpson’s diet is not structured, well though out or something she can be proud of, but that is because she does not need to have a strict diet. She is not overweight and she is not trying to lose weight.

To her credit, when Ashlee eats fast food she is not in denial. To minimize the damage, she eats something healthy the next day. “If I have pizza or Taco Bell one day, I’ll have home-cooked meals the next,” she says.

A typical day for her starts with strawberry Yoplait yogurt and all-natural granola from Whole Foods. She loves to eat turkey and veggie wraps at lunchtime, and for dinner she prefers lean proteins like fish and chicken and lots of green vegetables.

“I try to listen to what my body craves,” says Ashlee. “Sometimes it tells me to eat more fruit, but sometimes it tells me to eat Skittles!” [source: Shape]
