Ashanti’s diet and workout seem to be working for her. She looks great. That said, there is something fishy about Ashanti’s diet and workout. What is wrong with Ashanti’s diet and workout? I do not know, it is just that, well, Ashanti’s diet and workout seem perfect. Does she really follow what she preaches? You decide. Here is an excerpt from a recent interview in which she raises the curtain on her eating and exercise habits.

How do you keep in shape? I’ve been counting my calories, and it works amazingly well. Obviously, you still need to go to the gym, get on the bike and sweat it out. But if you do about 350 calories per meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and add two snacks in between, you’re golden.

What’s your favorite way to work out? I like to get on the bike, because I know it works. When I work with my trainer, we do 15 to 20 minutes of abs. Then we’ll do free weights, cardio and some boxing.
