Are there any diet pills that actually work?

Hi, I am trying to lose weight and I need to know if there are any diet pills that actually work and can help me lose weight quickly. Thanks, Lisa. [via Ask Questions]

The short answer is yes, there are some diet pills that actually work. But most of them do not work and all of them have undesirable side effects.

For instance, Clenbuterol works, sort of, but you cannot buy it legally. Meridia works better than a placebo, but do you really want to raise your blood pressure even if it can help you lose about 10 pounds? I hope not. Alli sort of works as well, but I do not see why you would want to risk having uncontrollable, greasy bowel movements.

So are there any diet pills that actually work? Diet and exercise work for sure, 100% – diet pills, on the other hand, are a waste of your time, money and the side effects can actually make you feel worst than you feel now. So why even bother with diet pills?
