Now that you are familiar with some basics of the Jet Lag diet – i.e., what to eat/drink and what not to consume while in the air – an obvious question seems to be, what is the best way to eat to prevent jet lag?

The Anti Jet Lag Diet Here are some suggestions of what to eat:

Turkey, grilled-chicken or almond-butter-and-jelly sandwich on whole-grain bread.

Snack mixes with unsalted nuts and dried, unsweetened fruit.

High-fiber cereal like Quaker Oatmeal Squares or Shredded Wheat.

Lightly salted veggie chips or popcorn.
