Angelina Jolie’s weight loss and Angelina Jolie’s diet have a linear correlation. “She sticks with whole grains, chicken and fish now,” says a source. “And when she does break down and eat junk food or pizza with the kids, she uses portion control.”
According to multiple sources, Jolie had a hard time putting the brakes on unhealthy food. She used to regularly gorge on pizzas, creamy pastas, Hot Pockets, ice cream and french fries.
The snacking got so bad that a source says that her doctor told her to eat more nutritiously. “She told him that it is their family’s weakness to eat this type of food all the time,” says a source close to the doctor. “But I think she was ready for a change because even Brad had put on some weight.”
