Amy Winehouse: Not Anorexic, Naturally Skinny
Amy Winehouse says she is not “a nice drunk” unless she is drunk at the gym. No, I am not kidding. She seems to think that rehab does not work and claims that alcohol is worse than heroin.
I do not do drugs and since I drink very little alcohol, I cannot compare the two. I do know, however, that if you are drunk at the gym, you can hurt yourself and other people. Bad, bad, idea!
Just like Tara Reid she denies anorexic rumors or having a problem with food, and says that her legs are naturally very skinny. Here is an excerpt from a recent interview in which Amy talks about her weight loss and why she feels bad for Victoria Beckham.
People are fascinated by your drinking, aren’t they? Bored people. I’m not a nice drunk. If I go to the gym and I have a drink, I’m lovely to be around and really sweet. But if I haven’t been training or if there’s something bothering me, I’m a terrible drunk.
Do you think rehab works? I’m of the school of thought where if you can’t sort something out for yourself then no one can help you. I don’t know whether that’s because I’m a strong woman. Drinking long-term is a lot worse than doing heroin. Alcohol’s a real poison.
People talk about your weight and the size-zero debate. I don’t think it bothers me. People are like, “Amy, you used to be a very outspoken role model for curvy women. You’ve let that side down – I’m disappointed in you.”
How do you explain your figure right now? I’ve lost the weight because I don’t smoke weed anymore. I go to the gym, I drink a lot of water and I eat right. I feel bad for Victoria Beckham because I see pictures of her and they’ve made her thighs look smaller. They’ve done that to me, and it’s horrible. I’ve always had skinny little bird legs, but they do make them smaller.
So you don’t have a problem with food? Not really. I’m fussy, though. I’ll eat West Indian [food], KFC, tuna salad, chicken soup – that’s about all I eat. [source: OK!]

It's called the "Jenny CRACK diet". A friend of mine who spent time in a womens prison told me all female inmates refer to their drug induced weight loss this way.
