Aminophylline Cellulite Cream for Fat Loss?
Could those laughable ads be true? Applying aminophylline cream – a cellulite reducer – to your waistline may shrink it.
Louisiana State University scientists had 25 adults rub the cream on their bellies twice a day for 3 months while following a supervised weight-loss program.
The result: 4.3 inches off their waistlines, compared with 2 inches for a control group who dieted and exercised only. The cream may block an enzyme that triggers fat storage.
Okay, so maybe this cream works, well, actually I’m pretty sure it doesn’t, which will be shown in the follow up studies. But here is what works for weight loss: calorie control and exercise.
Check this out; there are 1,751 calories in a Ruby Tuesday’s Smokehouse burger and fries. You will need to run 4 of 5-K races to burn 1,751 calories. If you need to lose weight, stay away – far away – from burgers approaching 2,000 calories. [source: Men's Health]
