Amber Riley‘s workout – effective or not? Can Amber Riley’s workout help you lose 40 pounds in 1 month? Can Amber Riley’s workout help you lose 50 pounds in 1 month? Isn’t Amber Riley fat? How can her workout help you lose weight if she is still overweight? First of all, no, her workout cannot help you lose 40 pounds in 1 month. Second, the reason why her exercise program can probably help you lose at least some weight is because she has lost a pretty good amount of weight.

Amber Riley’s weight loss, while not sensational, is significant and inspirational. Unfortunately, we do not know much about her workout, but we do know that she has changed her diet and started exercising regularly. The result? She has already lost two dress sizes (think about 20 pounds) and she will probably lose more weight. In my opinion, the specifics of her workout are irrelevant. Why? Because you do not need to copy what she or anyone else is doing.

The important thing here is that she started exercising. If your goal is to lose weight and get healthier, you need to start exercising. Find an exercise program that you are comfortable with. Do what works for you, not what works for Riley. What works for Riley might not be a good fit for you, and vice versa. If you are not sure where to start, start with walking. In my opinion, it is the best exercise for weight loss anyway, so you cannot go wrong with it.
