Alternatives to Eggs

There are many alternatives to eggs. Can you eat egg whites? Egg whites are loaded with protein and low in calories, which makes them an excellent choice for breakfast. But if you want to get away from eggs completely, you can drink a protein shake, for example. Canned sardines, tuna and salmon contain a lot of protein. Canned fish with steamed vegetables is great for breakfast.

Steal cut oatmeal mixed with protein powder is also great. Cottage cheese mixed with protein powder is low in calories and carbs. If you can find cold cuts that are low in sodium and do not contain nitrites, use them to make sandwiches with whole grain bread and maybe some cheese.
