Alli Diet PlanThe Alli Diet Plan is a new book for people who buy Alli diet pills, which is the only over-the-counter weight-loss pill approved by the Food and Drug Administration.

If you are a fan of a low-fat diet, you can also use this book to follow a low-fat weight-loss plan, but it is worth mentioning that a typical low-fat diet is not as effective as other weight-loss plans.

The Alli Diet Plan was written by Caroline Apovian, M.D., director of the Nutrition and Weight Management Center at Boston University Medical Center. The book favors a three-phase low-fat diet plan that claims to maximize weight loss while minimizing rather unpleasant side effects of the Alli weight-loss pill.

The Alli Diet Plan includes meal plans, Alli-friendly snacks that you can make on your own or buy, a comprehensive dining guide to 100 restaurants, and more than 200 recipes.

If you plan to use Alli pills, this book is a good companion, but in my opinion, most people do not need diet pills and can lose weight safely and efficiently by simply following a proper diet.
