Alison Brie Diet

Alison Brie’s diet makes me want to eat the best burger in LA. Okay, Alison Brie’s diet is not that bad. I actually sort of like Alison Brie’s diet, but there is a lot of room for improvement. What is my beef with Alison Brie’s diet? She does not seem to know how to cook, and it looks like she eats out all the time.

“I make sure to have a whole grain, a protein and a vegetable,” Alison says about her varied nightly meals. If she takes out from a Thai restaurant, she combines brown rice with an eggplant-and-tofu dish. Where is real protein? Is she a vegan or a hippie? I mean, who eats tofu and rice these days?

In addition, we all know that takeout foods usually contain high amounts of MSG, sodium and other low quality ingredients. To her credit, she does seem to follow a balanced diet; I just think she needs to consume better food and a wider variety of proteins and fresh vegetables. Total calories: about 576.
