Alicia Silverstone’s diet is confusing. What is wrong with Alicia Silverstone’s diet? It is not that there is something wrong with Alicia Silverstone’s diet, it is just a bit hard to understand her nutritional point of view. Alicia Silverstone’s diet used to be all about calorie counting – or rather an obsessive calorie counting that probably went too far. Was she emotionally damaged by that experience?

Why would I think that? Because she recently said that the calorie counting experience was very “oppressive.” Could it explain why Alicia Silverstone’s diet went from one extreme to another? I am talking about her diet book, The Kind Diet. Speaking of The Kind Diet, is it an extreme diet? Is it fair to label Alicia Silverstone’s diet as out of mainstream?

Silverstone says the reason she wrote the book is because a lot of people wanted to know what she really eats. So, what does she eat? Well, essentially, she follows a vegan diet. The good news about Alicia Silverstone’s diet is that she has stopped obsessing about calories, and does not count calories any longer. But she does not eat meat either, which is obviously is not good.

    I most definitely know that eating Vegan is not only good for you it is good for the planet. If you are still thinking out there that humans need meat in thier diet you are SADly (Standard American Diet) mistaken. This is the best way to reduce disease in our society – Vegan rocks!
