Adrianne Curry Diet

Adrianne Curry’s diet is rather pedestrian. And that is why I like Adrianne Curry’s diet. Do not get me wrong, there is nothing special about Adrianne Curry’s diet, I like it simply because it works.
Instead trying a typical celebrity diet, you know, something like The Lemon Juice Diet or the Slim-Fast Optima Diet, or the so-called Cactus Diet, or maybe even clenbuterol – she has chosen a very simple and boring approach – vegetables and protein.
Adrianne Curry’s diet contains more than just veggies and protein; it is also high in fiber, moderate in carbs and even allows some sweets.
Breakfast Whole wheat Cheerios with skim milk, banana slices and a dash of honey.
Lunch A protein shake.
Dinner Grilled chicken with steamed vegetables.
Snacks Almonds.
As you can see, Adrianne Curry’s diet is very doable. Her lunch is a bit too simple for my taste, and may not be suitable for all people (usually, people have a protein shake for breakfast, not lunch), but there are many substitutes out there – think a salad with fish, for example.
As for exercise, the 5-foot-101/2 Adrianne says she spends “two hours in the gym every single day – no stopping.”
