Adam Richman‘s diet is terrible. I mean, Adam Richman’s diet cannot possibly be any good simply because he eats enormous portions and from what I have seen, the quality of food, for the most part, is pretty low. In short, Adam Richman’s diet is not an example of what to eat on a diet. It goes without saying that if your goal is to lose 20 pounds in 1 month, or any amount of weight for that matter, you need to stay as far away as possible from his TV show and the way he eats.
In fact, he says that it is impossible to do what he does on the show (Man vs. Food) without a distraction of some sort. He hums songs when he eats. It helps him turn his attention away from those ghastly dishes. And who can blame him for that? What is the point of Man vs. Food anyway? I do not get it.
Having said that, when he is not filming Man vs. Food, Adam Richman’s diet is different. At home, he actually eats very healthy. Believe it or not, he likes to eat broccoli, and his regular diet includes such things as chicken (not deep fried) and egg whites. As for his exercise plan, well, he does not really have one, but he does run regularly, which probably explains why he has not ballooned to over 300 pounds, yet. [source: People]
