Adam Lambert Weight Loss

Adam Lambert Weight Loss

Adam Lambert’s weight loss is coming, which creates many questions. It is hardly surprising that a celebrity wants to lose weight, right? Right. So, what is so special about Adam Lambert’s weight loss? There is nothing special about Adam Lambert’s weight loss, but I do not really understand why he needs to lose weight.

“I started seeing a trainer. I just want to get into better shape. It is less about the aesthetic than it is about just the way you feel when you are in shape and healthy. I am a little fat. I should really go to the gym more,” says Adam.

Okay, true, he does not look like a fitness model, but he is not supposed to look that way, he is a singer after all. I think he looks pretty good, and I do not think he is fat or overweight.

That said, if Adam feels he is not in shape and a little overweight, he is doing the right thing. Let’s just hope that Adam Lambert’s weight loss does not turn into a freak show, you know, all too often people in Hollywood take things a little too far.

Adam Lambert’s weight-loss plan Unfortunately, his diet does not appear to be sound. What is on his menu? “Greens and whole grains and water,” he says. How does he measure up to his own idol, David Bowie, formerly known as The Thin White Duke? “I am always striving to be thinner,” Adam says, “but who is not?”

Yeah, it is already not looking good. Water, greens and whole grains? Is he serious? [via]

Adam does not need to lose weight. On the other hand, exercise to add definition to his muscle would enhance his macho rocker style. Just stay away from the alcohol, which grows the liver and creates a middle-aged looking bicycle tire.

I dont think he NEEDS to lose weight. I know what he means, he just wants to get in shape… like get his stomach a little flatter and gain a few muscles. He looks fine now but he is a little chubby if you watch yesterdays tour. I know what he means.

Diets don’t work. Excercise works. I agree with the other comments, he should work on muscle tone for his rock image. Cardio and strength training also builds endurance and fights disease.

Adam probably eats more then just that. most likely he was in a hurry for this interview and just named a few things he has added to his diet as part of a new nutrition and fitness program. He definitely should focus more on just the exercise, aerobics and weight training for more definition. Unfortunately the camera is not kind to most people and Adam will be having his pic taken many many times in the next few months. :)

    LOVE ADAM
