Adam Lambert’s diet sounds scary. What is wrong with Adam Lambert’s diet? If Adam Lambert’s weight loss is the real deal – I hope it is not – but if it is, he needs to either learn how to lose weight safely or hire a certified nutritionist.

The problem is that Adam Lambert’s diet plan is in desperate need of nutritious foods and some structure. Specifically, it seems to be missing protein and healthy fats. As for vegetables and fruits, Adam Lambert’s diet falls short of both. How short? All the way short. It does contain whole grains and greens, but there is no mention of anything else, except water.

Adam Lambert’s diet fixed Again, I do not think Lambert needs to lose weight. Thus, the focus on his diet, in my opinion, should be on supplying his body with nutrients that his body needs to maintain consistent energy levels as well as his current weight.

In short, Adam Lambert’s diet has to be balanced and structured. He needs to eat at least three times a day. He should not be afraid of snacking, assuming he does not snack on cheese puffs and other junk food.

Ideally, he needs to consume a wide variety of proteins (fish, poultry, seafood, eggs, and meat), healthy fats (extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, avocado oil, and macadamia nut oil), fresh vegetables (broccoli, spinach, asparagus, tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, mushrooms, etc) and fruits (berries of any kind and apples) are the best.

The bottom line on Adam Lambert’s diet Although I have suggested that he needs to hire a good nutritionist, as you can hopefully see, it is not hard to eat healthy. Since he does not need to lose weight, he does not really need to count calories, assuming he eats as I have described above.

That said, if he wants to get in better shape, he needs to find a good exercise program that contains at least three weightlifting sessions a week. Since I doubt he knows much about lifting weights or doing cardio, he should work with a personal trainer until he is comfortable with the program enough to follow it on his own.

    Is there anybody else on the face of the earth that isn’t trying to get noticed using Adam Lambert’s name? Seriously, a casual comment micro analyzed. We know the boy eats more than lettuce and bread. Cut me a break.

    Good grief!! You are scaring Adam’s fan into thinking he is starving himself. That man is a Rock God and nobody that is a fan thinks he needs to lose weight so don’t scare people!! Adam if you read this take care of yourself honey.

    Don’t scare me like that. I have see Adam eating things besides lettuce. In fact, I know that he LOVES to eat ice cream. He has said that he would like to lose 15 pound (He obviously doesn’t need to. He is the picture of perfection) but he’s not stupid. Find a different way to get attention.

    ADAM LOOKS PERFECT AS HE WAS. IF HE DOES LOSE WEIGHT I HOPE HE CARES FOR HIS HEALTH FIRST. HE IS A RARE FIND AND I HOPE THE PUBLIC WILL NOT SQUEEZE HIM TO DEATH AS WE HAVE DONE TO ALL OUR GREATS.
