Abdominal Cuts

Abdominal Cuts

Can Abdominal Cuts help you lose weight? Can Abdominal Cuts help you lose belly fat? Trista Sutter once said that Abdominal Cuts has helped her lose 35 pounds, but she was also on a structured diet and she exercised a lot.

Abdominal Cuts certainly contain good ingredients such as Conjugated Linoleic Acid, Gamma Linolenic Acid, Alpha Linolenic Acid, fish oil, and an extract from sesame oil. The question is: Why would they claim the power to spot-reduce body fat?

In the above ad, Abdominal Cuts claim that they “target stomach, hips & butt.” It also says, “lose the inches, lose the lbs.” Of course, the spot-reduction of body fat has been discredited many years ago, so I am not sure I understand how Abdominal Cuts can target your problem areas.

I also do not understand how Abdominal Cuts aid weight loss. Sure, good fats should be included in any diet because they have numerous health benefits. To lose weight, however, you need to expand more calories than you consume, which is accomplished by regulating how much food you eat every day and how much time you exercise.

So, while it is important to include good fats in your diet, they do not raise your metabolism and they cannot help you burn more calories.

The bottom line on Abdominal Cuts
I like Abdominal Cuts, it seems to be a good product, but the weight-loss claims are all hat and no cattle.
