Kimberley Locke Lost 40 Pounds on Jenny CraigKimberley Locke has a brand-new body to show off onstage. Since starting the Jenny Craig program last November, 5-foot-4 Kimberley has lost 40 pounds and is now in the maintenance phase other diet – meaning she can eat more than just Jenny Craig meals.

“It’s about discipline,” she says of a menu that includes healthy portions of egg whites, veggies, fish and nuts and the occasional bite of her favorite, pizza.

Discipline is Kimberley’s mantra this holiday season. “My mom will probably make a roast, which I absolutely love,” she says. “So when we have dinner, I’ll have a little bit. That way, later on that night I can have a little more.” (more…)

Marie Osmond: Weight Loss and DietSince starting on Dancing With the Stars, Marie Osmond has lost 31 pounds. “I have never been in better shape,” she says. “I feel 10 years younger.” Here is an update on where she is with her diet and weight loss.

How’s the weight loss going? The weight just keeps melting off. I’m down 31 pounds so far. I’ve lost about five inches off my hips and five inches off my waist. I’ve added muscle mass and I am much mote toned. It’s incredible. The show should be called Dancing With the Starved! (more…)
