Jill Scott: Weight LossLast year, Jill Scott dropped 28 lbs., a result of the long bike rides she had started taking to relax. This February she was thrilled to begin filming her first major movie role in Why Did I Get Married?

But then director Tyler Perry asked the singer-actress to put on 30 lbs. – and wear a fat suit. So Scott, 35, undid her weight loss achievement.

How did you feel when Tyler asked you to gain weight? My heart dropped. I was happy in my new size-12 jeans. They needed me to be an 18.1 was happy to have the role, but there was sadness.

How did you do it? I stopped riding my bike. And ate. A Philly cheesesteak is a joyous occasion!

Your costar Janet Jackson is a veteran yo-yoer. Did you talk about it? We talked about the different responses from people when I was in the fat suit – there was such pity in their eyes. (more…)

“When she’s stressed, there’s no beauty treatment that can prevent her from breaking out,” says a family insider. “It’s her body’s way of telling her to slow down.”

Victoria Beckham has also “been suffering from dizzy spells,” adds the insider. “She’s exhausted.” She doesn’t seem to be eating much, either. All she consumed was tea and a grapefruit when she took her kids and mom to LA cafe Mel’s Drive-in for brunch, says a witness — “and she didn’t even finish that.” (more…)

Debi Mazar: Weight LossDebi Mazar, the Entourage’s star, 43, is known for her sexy hourglass shape – so where did it go? The 5′5″ Mazar, who suffers from chronic insomnia, says her treatment includes regular workouts and minimal caffeine.

She also avoids excess sugar and fast food. But now it looks like she could use some. “She looks haggard, probably because she lost the weight through diet only,” says fitness expert Edward Jackowski, Ph.D.
