Valerie is the weight-loss chain’s latest spokesperson. But don’t think Jenny Craig’s biggest success story, TV spokesperson Kirstie Alley, is abandoning the cause.

“We are thrilled that Kirstie Alley has signed on to be the model of Jenny Craig’s maintenance program for 2007,” Jenny Craig spokeswoman Cozette Phifer tells In Touch. “Kirsrie’s new goal is to motivate others to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.”

“My first thought was they know I’m fat, too,â€? Valerie says of being contacted by Jenny Craig. (more…)

Jenna Jameson has been under scrutiny since she arrived at an L.A. fashion shows in March looking frighteningly skinny.

“People looked at me like, You’re anorexic, you’re on drugs,” says the 5-foot-6 Jameson, who claims she weighted about 95 pounds at the time, down from 138 pounds two years earlier.

On her MySpace blog, she blamed the weight loss on stress caused by her bitter divorce from Jay Grdina (stage name: Justin Sterling), her husband of three years.
